PlaySport: LEARN TO SKI & SNOWboard

Join Team Surrey and Surrey Snowsports for our skier and boarder beginner’s course, this is a 6 session course running every Monday evening for 6 weeks! It’s a fantastic way to learn to ski or board, whether you’re learning to prepare for a trip, just for a bit of fun or to makes some new mates. The course is run at Guildford Ski Slope by a great team of instructors! Travel and ski hire is all included in the price.

Time to put those lessons to use – this year we have teamed up with Wasteland travel to take Surrey out to Avoriaz for week of skiing and apres in the peak of the season, straight after exams (27th January – 4th February 2024)! You’ll have the chance to put the lessons to use on 130km of slopes (and over 40 bars), and we will be offering more lessons and refreshers sessions on trip for those who want to carry on learning! Sessions

When:

Mondays 18:30 to 19:30 ski lesson 1– starting on Monday 9th October (deadline to enter is Monday 2nd October)

Mondays 19:30 to 20:30 ski lesson 2– starting on Monday 9th October (deadline to enter is Monday 2nd October)

Wednesdays 18:00 to 19:00 snowboard lesson –  starting Wednesday 11th October (deadline to enter is Wednesday 4th October)

Where: Guildford Ski Slope (your transport will be confirmed when you pay for your course space)
