Lakeside Exercise is a new programme creating the opportunity to take part in structured exercise on Stag Hill if you are unable to make it across to the Sports Park.
Join us by the campus lake for these FREE group-based exercise classes on Wednesdays with sessions running at 13:00-14:00 or 14:00-15:00 in a relaxed outdoor setting.
These sessions are open to students and staff of all ability, with no prior involvement in physical activity required to take part in the classes.
The sessions will be delivered by volunteer students and staff, with this being part of the new Coach Parker programme which is a joint initiative between BUCS, Our Parks & UK Coaching.
