Join us for a FREE series of female-only self-defence sessions where you can learn in a safe welcoming environment led by a female instructor.

Can’t make it mid-week? Or want extra sessions? Angela, the instructor, runs a ladies class at Mavericks Academy on Sundays (18:00 – 19:30) which gives you another opportunity to be involved. Please reach out to playsport@surrey.ac.uk for more information.
