Run Every Day January is an initiative to be active every day of January. Whether that’s walking, running, cycling, skipping, swimming, or playing a sport. To mark the initiative, we’ve got month-long challenges available for walking, cycling and swimming.

Find weekly activity challenges on SurreyMoves+ during January tying into the Union’s Surrey Love campaign throughout the exam season. The campaign includes free wellbeing sessions, revision tips, hints for exam success and drop-in sessions for advice. Click HERE for more information on the campaign.

Guildford Park Run

The weekly Guildford Park Run is a free event which takes place in Stoke Park at 9:00am on Saturdays. Click HERE to register for free.
