Lakeside Exercise classes return on Wednesdays at Stag Hill throughout summer!

Lakeside Exercise is a Team Surrey programme creating the opportunity to take part in structured exercise on Stag Hill if you are unable to make it across to the Sports Park.

Join us by the campus lake for these FREE group-based exercise classes which restart from Wednesday 7th June with sessions running at 13:00-14:00 on a weekly basis until the end of August (excluding Weds 26th July).

These sessions are open to staff and students of all ability, with no prior involvement in physical activity required to take part in these classes which are held in a relaxed outdoor setting.

The sessions will be delivered by volunteer students and staff, with this being part of the new Coach Parker programme which is a joint initiative between BUCS, Our Parks & UK Coaching.
