Scholarships And Bursaries

A Sport Scholarship Award is a non-repayable cash award that is given directly to an athlete who shows potential or currently competes at the highest level within their sport.

Team Surrey performance student-athletes are eligible to apply for additional financial support through a number of scholarships. These awards are open to any athlete funded by the Dual Career Programme or who are competing on one of our Performance Squads.

TEAM SURREY SCHOLARSHIPS

Ede & Ravenscroft

Ede & Ravenscroft, based in London and established in 1689, are considered the oldest firm of tailors in the world. Their products are widely respected and, given their reputation for meticulous craftsmanship, they have received commissions from the British royalty.

The organisation has been supporting Team Surrey since 1991 and they established the E&R Elite Sports Scholarship programme in 2019. To date, they have invested £30,000 into the scholarship for Team Surrey athletes. E&R Scholars are selected based on Team Surrey/University of Surrey representation at the highest level, whilst maintaining commitment to academic studies.
