Outdoor Gym Launch
The brand new Outdoor Gym has finally arrived on Stag Hill Campus. This new and exciting instalment gives you the chance to work out between lectures, after work and any other time you're at the University.
Join us on Thursday 24th May from 12pm-2pm when we'll be hosting an official launch event at the new Outdoor Gym on PATS Field. Staff from Surrey Sports Park will be running demonstration sessions on how to use the equipment, followed by plenty of time for you to try it out yourselves.
12pm - 1pm: This session is all about learning the basics, perfect for those who are new to exercising and want some tips on how to get the best work out for them.
1pm - 2pm: This session is for the more experienced gym class user, giving you the opportunity to pick up tips from the professionals on how to make the most of our equipment.
So, whether you're in jeans, a dress or gym gear make sure you get down to PATS Field to learn all about how best to get active on campus this month and beyond!
